Welcome to the Cal West new software.

Please watch the video and follow the main steps as listed below.

Please note that when the work order is complete you must print PDF work order and either e-mail it to us along with your documents or place the work order and documents on route for pick up.

  1. Click on SIGN IN on Cal West website start page.
  2. Enter your USER ID (your email address) and PASSWORD (your first name – must use all lower case letters)
  3. Click on ORDER ONLINE
  4. Select JOB CATEGORY and start filling out the order. (Please note that County and Court drop down menu bars have a black arrow on the right side.)
    1. After submitting the order, go to STATUS ONLINE, under Work Order menu option click on your work order number and print out the PDF work order form and attach to the documents for e-mailing to us or for pick up on route.
    2. To view your conformed copy, go to STATUS ONLINE, find your work order number, click on the blue link on the right side that says Completed (or submitted or rejected) and the next screen will have a PDF attachment link on the right side indicated in blue, Conformed copies. Click on that link and view or print documents as scanned in.
